Future Feedback

The Future Feedback stage recognises that a child’s recovery journey continues following the formal conclusion of their service engagement. The activities below are designed to enable the service to follow up or check in with the child, to (i) identify and discuss any changes that the child has experienced since they last engaged with the service; and (ii) update the child on any changes the service has made in response to children and young people’s feedback.

You never hear about how the feedback you gave has impacted anyone.

Feedback should not just be for data collection purposes. Something must be done with it.
